چکیده

Data mining has recently attracted attention as a set of efficient techniques that can discover patterns from huge data. More recent advancements in collecting massive evolving data streams created a crucial need for dynamic data mining. In this paper, we present a genetic algorithm based on a new representation mechanism, that allows several phenotypes to be simultaneously expressed to different degrees in the same chromosome. This gradual multiple expression mechanism can offer a simple model for a multiploid representation with selfadaptive dominance, including co-dominance and incomplete dominance. Based on this model, we also propose a data mining approach that considers the data as a reflection of a dynamic environment, and investigate a new evolutionary approach based on continuously mining non-stationary data sources that do not fit in main memory. Preliminary experiments are performed on real Web clickstream data

A Dynamic Analysis of Market Efficiency on Benchmark Crude oil markets: Based on the Adaptive Market Hypothesis

This paper examines the applicability of the adaptive market hypothesis (AMH) as an evolutionary alternative to the efficient market hypothesis (EMH) by studying daily returns on the three benchmark crude oils. The data coverage of daily returns is from January 2th 2003 to March 5th 2018. In this paper, two different tests in the form of two distinguished classes (linear and nonlinear) have bee...

A Gravitational Search Algorithm-Based Single-Center of Mass Flocking Control for Tracking Single and Multiple Dynamic Targets for Parabolic Trajectories in Mobile Sensor Networks

Developing optimal flocking control procedure is an essential problem in mobile sensor networks (MSNs). Furthermore, finding the parameters such that the sensors can reach to the target in an appropriate time is an important issue. This paper offers an optimization approach based on metaheuristic methods for flocking control in MSNs to follow a target. We develop a non-differentiable optimizati...

A new approach based on data envelopment analysis with double frontiers for ranking the discovered rules from data mining

Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is a relatively new data oriented approach to evaluate performance of a set of peer entities called decision-making units (DMUs) that convert multiple inputs into multiple outputs. Within a relative limited period, DEA has been converted into a strong quantitative and analytical tool to measure and evaluate performance. In an article written by Toloo et al. (2009...
